Kébecson offers shipping of products purchased on our Website in Canada only. It's not possible to change your shipping address after you have submitted your order on our Website. Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our team immediately at reception”kebecson.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility. Kebecson has the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when delivering until you or someone appointed by you have taken physical possession of the goods.
If you choose to return the goods regardless of the situation you will have the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when returning until Kébecson has taken physical possession of the goods.
Business/Working Days: We can dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Tuesday to Saturday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an order on Sunday your order will be dispatched on the next working day, which is Tuesday.
